The single piece aluminum design with elastic inserts properly connects your BMW to a standard floor jack.
The elastic insert holds better than similar rubber designs, and can be replaced should it ever wear out.

Installation Notes

Installation Difficulty: SIMPLE (No Tools, Anyone Can Install)
VERY IMPORTANT IF YOU WANT YOUR PLATE TO STAY IN THE GROOVE ON YOUR VEHICLE:

Remove all of the grease from the area with the rubber ring with an alcohol swab.
Insert the adaptor with one long side first, then put the other side up into the vehicle plate groove. This will help it stay in place.

For safety we recommend putting the jack plate adaptor on your lift then inserting it up into the vehicle.
