Installation Notes

• Installation Difficulty: SIMPLE (No Tools, Anyone Can Install)
• Ensure to remove any shine products that may have previously been applied to the door sills, along with any oil and dirt, with rubbing alcohol.
• Failure to properly prepare the area will result in poor adhesion.
• We recommend the use of soapy water for easy and accurate placement.
• Put soapy water on the application surface AND on the back of the piece itself.
• Once you are satisfied with the placement, gently press out the water with a cloth.
• As the material's adhesive is heat activated, we recommend using a hairdryer or heat gun to evaporate the excess water and enhance adhesion.
• If you find a portion is not sticking correctly, this indicates that there is still air or water under that piece.
• Simply push any bubbles to the edges, and you're done.

Notes / Warnings

• Use caution when peeling off or realigning to avoid stretching the material, or it will not fit correctly.
• This is especially important with narrow or long pieces.
• If the piece stretches it will most likely happen along a long thin area leaving you with excess material somewhere in the middle of the pattern.
• If this occurs make a cut in the material with scissors, and fold over the two edges you just created by cutting the one piece.
• Cut away any overlap and press down firmly.
